Event Manager – Career Change Opportunity

• Call and pre-qualify prospective customers
• Lead by example in successful calling and appointment setting
• Conduct call reviews and provide feedback
• Onboard and train new team members
• Serve as the team’s point of contact and ensure accountability
• Monitor KPIs and derive concrete action plans
• Independently lead and grow the remote team
• Participate in interviews to support team expansion
• Work directly with the Head of Production

• Experience in events, event management, event organization, promotions, or hospitality and hotel events
• Quick-witted, positive, and energetic on the phone
• Assertive yet empathetic manner
• Reflective, proactive, and eager-to-learn approach
• Confident working with KPIs and performance metrics
• Excellent German language skills
• Quiet home workspace with a stable internet connection
• Availability for 30–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Willingness to regularly make outbound calls to leads
• Leadership experience is not required; leadership training will be provided
