Technology Partnership Manager

• Execute annual partner plans with technology companies, including ISVs and cloud companies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of partner relationships and engagements in delivering positive ROI
• Define criteria to onboard new technology partners
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
• Assess partnerships against the Portfolio Management Strategy, partnership-level compliance, growth plans, and competency development needs
• Build joint go-to-market plans with technology partners
• Leverage funding programs and partner market positioning
• Partner with Business Development and Client Management to make partners a channel for revenue growth
• Align with Chapter Leads on growth plans and targeted partnership levels
• Monitor technology partner service/product roadmaps and communicate them to Portfolio Service Managers and Chapter Leads
• Ensure transparent communication principles are applied throughout the organization
• Ensure internal opportunities to work in partnership constellations are understood, especially to secure partner funds
• Understand Accesa's learning, certification, and sales processes for each partner
• Understand processes used by Accesa teams using partner technology
• Understand commercial and finance processes
• Create win-win opportunities for Accesa and its partners

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
• Demonstrated success leading partner/client engagement plans to executions, exceeding key performance metrics
• Experience in partnership management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand and evaluate legal contracts
