Project Lead – Embedded

• Lead and coordinate project teams to produce deliverables agreed upon with executive and/or functional management
• Manage multiple hardware, firmware, software and/or digital NPI projects
• Create and manage project plans and reporting dashboards
• Manage resource budgets, project scope, on-time project delivery KPIs, and product quality
• Lead regular customer and Product Team meetings
• Work with internal and external resources
• Oversee quality assurance
• Report project status at multiple levels
• Manage and mitigate issues and risks
• Manage escalations
• Manage resources
• Create and apply practices and processes to develop new products and/or services
• Understand, comply with, and enforce Stage Gate Process policies and procedures
• Manage a large team of experienced professionals and team leaders across functions
• Manage medium to large-sized programs or multiple small programs
• Monitor strategic planning efforts and present progress reports and value-stream strategy
• Recommend solutions for program problems
• Manage program P&L and multiple vendors
• Support contract negotiation

• Advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
• Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems
• Ability to make enhancements and leverage knowledge in daily work
• University Degree or equivalent
