Accounting and Digital Client Advisor

• Train clients to use the ComptaPlace platform and support them during onboarding
• Escalate technical issues to the dedicated team when necessary
• Provide personalized accounting and tax advice
• Help clients build their expertise in essential accounting and tax matters
• Gather client feedback and contribute to improving their experience
• Collect reviews and feedback on Google and Trustpilot
• Build client loyalty and help turn clients into ComptaPlace ambassadors
• Update client records and maintain CRM tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• At least 2 years of experience, ideally in accounting or tax, process management, or customer service
• Experience in B2B services or a similar environment is preferred
• Proficiency in project management and process management tools
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Analytical mindset
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Leadership skills
