Senior Affiliate Manager

• Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate relationships
• Keep affiliates consistently informed and supported
• Oversee onboarding and smooth integration of new affiliates
• Monitor affiliate performance and report on traffic, conversions, and ROI
• Analyze results, identify improvements, optimize campaigns, and find scaling opportunities
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels and maximize conversion rates
• Review and improve affiliate communication and management processes
• Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation
• Help distribute and scale EverAI’s AI companionship products

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies across SEO, media buying, and paid social channels
• Advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
• Fluent English
• Comfortable advertising uncensored/adult or 18+ AI companionship products
• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems such as postback S2S setup and ad servers (bonus)
• Experience handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume drops (bonus)
• Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level (bonus)
• Knowledge of funnel optimization and A/B testing (bonus)
• Experience with subscription-based business models (bonus)
• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques (bonus)
• Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
