Account Manager – Pharma/MarTech

• Drive business growth across the assigned APAC territory
• Own the full sales cycle from identifying and acquiring new customers through developing, expanding, and scaling existing accounts
• Build trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and stakeholders
• Act as a strategic partner and recommend solutions from Viseven’s portfolio
• Develop and execute account strategies, including growth, upselling, and expansion
• Manage account profitability, annual and quarterly budget planning, and financial performance
• Oversee portfolio initiatives and projects
• Coordinate communication between customers, regional teams, and internal Viseven functions
• Monitor solution and service adoption, address blockers, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure customer satisfaction through engagement, issue resolution, and expectation management
• Lead customer meetings and translate requirements into actionable plans
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams on opportunities, onboarding, and execution
• Grow the regional network and Viseven visibility within target organizations
• Coordinate, manage, and execute digital projects and solutions for clients with technical team support
• Develop opportunities within accounts, including expansion into divisions and clusters
• Devise scalable onboarding processes for strategic accounts
• Conduct sales research and identify new sales opportunities
• Implement workflow and process improvements
• Document processes and maintain sales department records
• Hunt, qualify, and close new business while developing existing accounts
• Location: APAC region
• Native/fluent in Japanese and English
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in a B2B environment
• SaaS, MarTech, or enterprise software experience preferred
• Proven experience managing enterprise client portfolios with account budget planning and P&L management
• Ability to work at strategic and operational levels
• Project and account management capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and digital transformation trends is a plus
• Experience working with the Japanese market is required
• Comfort with data and KPIs and ability to analyze trends
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or equivalent, and forecasting tools
