Junior Marketing Instructor, 100% Remote

• Deliver the three-week foundational module covering AI and marketing fundamentals
• Explain complex marketing topics in a clear, interactive, and practical way
• Develop additional lessons and topic-specific marketing deep-dive modules
• Prepare participants for written and oral examinations
• Provide subject-matter and methodological guidance for capstone projects
• Offer individualized support to participants in their day-to-day learning and answer subject-related questions
• Continuously develop modern teaching and learning materials together with the team
• Contribute ideas and coordinate the implementation of content-related tasks
• Support the planning, organization, and coordination of external and internal instructors
• Provide subject-matter and organizational support to the Teaching Assistant team
• Work closely with Academy leadership and the Education & Operations team to ensure teaching quality and a consistent learning experience

• University degree or comparable qualification in marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a related field
• Ideally, some initial professional experience in marketing
• Knowledge of modern marketing strategies and processes
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, or performance marketing
• Willingness to teach groups online and communicate complex topics in a clear, practical, and motivating way
• Confident presence and clear, empathetic, and respectful communication
• Structured, independent, and reliable approach to work
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and strong organizational skills
• Team spirit and empathy
• Commitment to continuous professional and teaching development
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Full-time or part-time employment of at least 30 hours per week; freelance collaboration is not available
