Civil Litigation and Digital Law Attorney

• Handle high-volume civil litigation with structured management of the case portfolio
• Draft court filings (complaints, defenses, and appeals) based on established legal arguments
• Manage deadlines and monitor the full lifecycle of proceedings
• Define and implement legal strategies aligned with each client’s profile
• Liaise with corporate clients to align on matters and results
• Work on matters involving civil liability, consumer law, the internet and digital platforms, privacy, and data protection (LGPD)
• Participate in negotiations and settlements

• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Law
• Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading and writing in a legal context)
• Ability to independently manage multiple proceedings simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills, rigorous attention to deadlines, and a clear sense of priorities
• Excellent communication skills and clarity in legal writing
