Linguist – Icelandic Apparel Brand

• Deliver transcreations from UK English to Icelandic (Iceland), preserving the intended message, voice, and tone
• Ensure target copy is fluent, aligned with the brand personality, and stylistically compelling
• Write creative and compelling copy for selected deliverables
• Translate marketing copy while maintaining brand voice and messaging
• Adapt writing styles and tone for different target audiences
• Translate complex technical language into easy-to-understand copy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide constructive feedback

• Native-speaker level knowledge of Icelandic (Iceland)
• Excellent creative writing skills and ability to adapt writing styles and tone for different target audiences
• Experience with translating marketing copy while maintaining brand voice and messaging
• Knowledge of technical writing principles and ability to translate complex technical language into easy-to-understand copy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide constructive feedback
