Growth & Performance Marketing – m/f/d

• Take responsibility for marketing performance data and identify optimization opportunities
• Provide fresh impulses to guide campaigns toward measurable results and scaled conversions
• Use GA4 or Mixpanel to build transparent dashboards and monitor key metrics
• Analyze and optimize user funnels to drive growth
• Direct and challenge the external marketing agency
• Drive paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels
• Lead discoverability through SEO and optimize brand and product presence for AI search models and LLMs
• Develop email marketing strategies
• Build automated email journeys for onboarding, trial conversions, and retention
• Manage regular email campaigns
• Build lasting connections between UJAM and its global community of creators

• Several years of solid experience in data-driven online marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing
• Experience ideally within a B2C SaaS, e-commerce, or software environment
• Deep understanding of analytics tools such as GA4 and Mixpanel
• Experience with funnel analyses and conversion rate optimization
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, structured hypotheses, and conversion experiments
• Solid knowledge of SEO
• Understanding of how LLMs and AI search engines discover and recommend brands and products
• Proven track record in managing ad campaigns and monitoring performance metrics
• Experience in operational email marketing, including setup, segmentation, scheduling, and automation
• Strong marketing copywriting skills focused on clicks and conversions
• Fluent English is strictly required
• Good German skills are a plus
• Based in and working from Europe
• Nice to have: music industry experience or an existing audio/music-tech network
• Nice to have: passion for making music, such as using a DAW
• Nice to have: experience with Holacracy or similar organizational frameworks
