Senior Go Consultant – Engineer

• Assume responsibility for business-critical projects following a focused onboarding phase
• Advise renowned market leaders and global players at C-level and architecture level
• Develop high-end software and implement scalable architectures
• Communicate technical visions and complex concepts to customers
• Work independently with a focus on technical outcomes and sustainable business value
• Exchange technical expertise with Senior Engineers and peers
• Work according to open-source-first principles and continuously expand your expertise
• Provide occasional on-site support to customers

• At least 5 years of proven professional experience developing with Rust
• Expert-level knowledge of concurrency patterns and the Go ecosystem
• Experience providing professional consulting services to customers
• Ability to structure complex topics and present them confidently to groups
• Willingness to provide Go code or project references
• Excellent spoken and written German and English skills for team and customer interactions
• Moderate willingness to travel, approximately once per quarter
• Willingness to work full time
• Experience with or interest in Go and Rust, as well as relevant technologies such as TypeScript, Python, C++/.NET, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MQTT, React, Vue.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, GitLab CI, AWS, and Azure
