QA Analyst I

• Test new product features and bug fixes before release
• Develop and execute manual functional, application, security, performance, and regression tests
• Record, analyze, and report test results and complex issues
• Collaborate with QA, Product Owners, and Development team members to understand testing requirements
• Participate in planning meetings and establish testing plans
• Test API endpoints using tools such as Postman
• Use basic SQL commands and queries
• Generate, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright or similar tools
• Improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort

• 3–5 years of experience
• Writing and executing manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Basic SQL commands and queries
• API testing using tools like Postman
• Practical Agile and Scrum knowledge
• Google Chrome DevTools
• Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable Playwright test scripts or similar tools in JavaScript
• Search concepts
• Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with diverse people
• Ability to work without a company office in a fully remote environment
• Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field, or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience
• Regular overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings and status updates
