Field Service Technician

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
• Providing telephone and on-site, service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies
• Supporting colleagues in the technical field service team across the wider service area
• Taking on on-call duties to provide customers with assistance as quickly as possible
• Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions and customer satisfaction in the Karlsruhe region

• Completed relevant vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer
• Further training as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred
• Professional experience in customer service, e.g. in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigerant certification required; Category 2 refrigerant certification is an advantage
• Valid Class B driver’s license
• Good spoken and written German
• Strong customer focus
• Willingness to travel
• Strong technical aptitude and experience working with heating solutions
