Territory Manager

• Maximize sales volume and market share of designated products within an assigned territory.
• Complete in-house training to achieve EP certification and independently attend and support EP sessions.
• Complete in-house training to achieve 3D mapping certification and independently support 3D mapping cases.
• Achieve sales targets and increase territory market share through customer relationships and high-quality clinical service and support.
• Develop relationships with key customers and customer groups, identify and utilize key customer networks.
• Implement sales force effectiveness initiatives, including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles, and sales training.
• Use sales analysis tools for territory planning.
• Use internal resources to service customers within the territory.
• Manage allocated consignment stock and maintain accurate customer profiles.
• Maintain current product knowledge and participate in education programs.
• Assist with product marketing and launches.
• Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity.
• Complete customer service and administrative requirements within required timeframes.

• Tertiary qualifications in Medical (eg. Bachelor of Science) or related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) or Business area is essential.
• Ability to convincingly discuss product range with customers, as well as internal and external experts.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Good technical / clinical/ scientific knowledge.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time.
