Bilingual Recruiter

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various positions.
• Post job advertisements on online job boards, social media, and the Company website.
• Screen resumes and applications and identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Provide feedback and updates on recruitment processes and candidate status.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics, including time to hire and quality of hire.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Conduct New Team Member follow-up calls.
• Conduct candidate integrity evaluations (LATAM only).
• Consult public servants (LATAM only).
• Coordinate and direct assessments of external and internal candidates (LATAM only).
• Manage test day (LATAM only).
• Process socioeconomic studies and requests for knowledge (LATAM only).
• Process tasks through the WorkDay platform.
• Collect personal documentation necessary for hiring (LATAM only).
• Safeguard labor records in accordance with country legislation (LATAM only).
• Work with Store Managers, District Managers, and Human Resource Managers to understand staffing needs.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or four to eight years of work experience in a related field.
• Proven recruiting experience or a combination of business experience or education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to source and attract passive candidates.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow Company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience using the WorkDay platform.
• Ability to collect and process candidate documentation and labor records in accordance with country legislation (LATAM).
