People & Culture Business Partner

• Act as the face of the People and Culture team for employees across a portfolio of New South Wales North homes
• Lead People & Culture initiatives aligned with the broader people strategy
• Coach and develop employees at all levels to build leadership capability
• Advise on complex industrial relations and employee relations matters, including sensitive investigations
• Collaborate with central services teams and stakeholders across the region
• Drive transformational change and embed People & Culture initiatives into operations
• Facilitate workshops, training and education for home-based employees at all levels
• Build strong and trusted stakeholder relationships
• Support leaders in implementing change and ensuring sustainability of new practices

• Demonstrated application of partnering skills in a P&C/HR Business Partner role
• Experience working in a shared service model
• Demonstrated capability in coaching and developing leaders to create thriving workplace cultures and build autonomy in people leadership
• Ability to create positive working relationships and influence across a broad range of stakeholders
• Experience delivering change initiatives into the business and supporting leaders implement change
• Confidence to facilitate training and leadership workshops
• Demonstrated ability in navigating complex ER matters within best practice framework
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
• Ability to travel as operationally required and for team development
• Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments
• Successful completion of required background checks
