Junior Fleet Coordinator, Automotive Technology – Vehicle Management

• Independently manage and coordinate breakdown, maintenance, and repair cases during ongoing subscription operations
• Work closely with external damage-management and billing service providers to process repair approvals quickly
• Monitor the active fleet and ensure vehicles return to service as quickly as possible after technical failures
• Clarify complex technical questions with workshops and customers
• Provide transparent, proactive, and customer-friendly communication
• Improve fleet operations processes to make them simpler, clearer, and more digital
• Help maintain an excellent customer experience during strong fleet growth

• Successfully completed vocational training in the automotive field, such as automotive mechatronics technician, automotive salesperson, bodywork specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Demonstrable experience in service assistance or workshop service consulting, with direct customer and workshop contact
• Solid knowledge of damage assessment, repair approvals, and resolving technical issues
• Excellent business-fluent German skills at C1/C2 level
• Good English skills, at least B1 level, for communication within an international team
• Nice to have: initial practical experience with modern ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce, or digital fleet management tools
• Nice to have: experience in a dynamic, agile work environment or at a growing mobility or technology scale-up
