Project Manager

• Prepare project management plans and detailed work schedules for project implementation
• Assign tasks to team members and coordinate daily processes
• Monitor team progress and project implementation
• Manage risks and issues raised by the project team
• Manage the project implementation budget and ensure deadlines are met
• Optimize human resources and skills for assigned tasks
• Ensure the quality of tasks assigned to the project team
• Take responsibility for overall project success
• Prepare and present project implementation reports
• Carry out other tasks required to achieve the project objective
• Drive the transition from commercial agreement to project delivery
• Establish PMO processes
• Coordinate planning, governance, reporting, RAID and change management across business and technical teams

• Project management experience across a number of different technologies, demonstrating detailed knowledge of processes and people management
• Demonstrated experience in project management and related project processes, project methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, Lead/Six Sigma), project governance and stakeholder management
• Technical qualifications in a Project Management discipline (e.g., PMBOK, PMI CAPM/PMP or PRINCE2, Agile) desirable
• Fundamental knowledge of the ITIL framework and/or service management approaches
• Leadership, teamwork, problem solving, initiative and integrity
• Proven ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders to clarify business requirements and manage competing priorities
• Ability to balance priorities among competing needs whilst providing the highest level of value
• Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence and drive team members and engage effectively with senior stakeholders
