AI Automation Specialist

• Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows across business processes
• Integrate CRM systems, APIs, and automation platforms such as Zapier and Make
• Identify repetitive tasks and recommend automation solutions
• Build and optimize chatbots, AI assistants, and prompt systems
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to streamline workflows
• Monitor automation performance and continuously improve workflows
• Troubleshoot and fix automation errors or inefficiencies
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools and trends

• Proven experience in automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Experience with APIs and integrations
• Basic understanding of workflows, logic, and data structures
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript) (nice to have)
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) (nice to have)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI optimization (nice to have)
• Experience working remotely or with global teams (nice to have)
• Experience in marketing automation or operations is a plus
