German-Speaking Lead Doctor

• Review patient consultations, medical histories and clinical images
• Diagnose, prescribe and manage treatment plans for patients in Germany
• Diagnose and manage common skin conditions including acne, melasma, hyperpigmentation and skin-ageing concerns
• Work independently within agreed clinical pathways and make prescribing decisions
• Escalate complex cases when appropriate
• Act as an escalation point for patient queries
• Collaborate with the Customer Support Team, dermatologists, medical leadership and wider clinical team
• Contribute to consultation models, clinical pathways and digital workflows
• Maintain clinical quality, patient safety and prescribing governance
• Monitor and uphold prescribing safety and quality standards
• Continuously develop clinical knowledge through CPD sessions
• Serve as Founding Doctor of Skin + Me's Medical Establishment, with potential leadership responsibilities

• Fully qualified Medical Doctor
• Full, unrestricted Right to Practise as a Physician (Prawo Wykonywania Zawodu Lekarza, PWZ), issued by the Regional Medical Chamber and listed in the Central Register of Physicians
• Valid PWZ number enabling prescription issuance
• Valid EU medical licence and authorisation to treat patients in Germany, such as German Approbation or a recognised EU qualification permitting cross-border care
• Based in Poland with the legal right to work there
• C1 Certificate in Medical German
• Professional fluency in English
• Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience
• Ability to work autonomously and make independent clinical decisions
• Detail-oriented, thoughtful and confident managing patients digitally
• Previous dermatology experience is advantageous but not essential
