Pedagogical Advisory Manager

• Oversee the full management of the Pedagogical Advisory team, including initiatives to increase the Education System’s NPS, reduce churn, and strengthen partner-school retention
• Lead the Pedagogical Advisory team in supporting the commercial, product, marketing, and school-unit teams through training programs, event participation, critical reports, educational trend insights, and other contributions
• Ensure the growth and excellence of advisors in managing their portfolios of partner schools, teachers, and school leaders
• Monitor each advisor’s planning
• Hold meetings with partner-school leaders, maintain regular contact, and conduct on-site visits
• Ensure business profitability in alignment with the Customer Experience department
• Analyze the market, competition, new business opportunities, and the development of pedagogical training programs and events
• Identify opportunities for online and in-person events and develop strategic materials, such as e-books, learning paths, and customized training programs
• Meet established targets and expand into new markets
• Structure and organize the process for developing educational materials, including e-books, learning paths, resources, podcasts, videos, assessments, and reports
• Ensure pedagogical curation, up-to-date content, compliance with regulations, adherence to Brazil’s LGPD data protection law, and compliance with the company’s AI Governance framework

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related teaching qualification
• Solid experience leading teams, preferably specialized pedagogical professionals
• Knowledge of the education systems market and the dynamics of serving partner schools
• Ability to use data and performance indicators to track results and guide decision-making
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and openness to applying them at work
• Willingness to travel
• Valid driver’s license
