Support, Operations & Accounting Specialist

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for clients and accountants
• Serve as the liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms
• Understand the issues users encounter in their day-to-day work
• Investigate requests and provide answers or solutions
• Escalate issues to technical teams when necessary
• Help accountants integrate their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration
• Continuously build knowledge of the product, the company, and its departments
• Receive, qualify, and resolve accounting-related requests
• Track tickets through to complete resolution
• Handle increasingly complex customer requests
• Create and update customer support resources
• Share accounting knowledge with colleagues
• Relay customer feedback to the Product teams
• Identify areas for improvement and lead projects

• Accounting qualification: BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management
• At least 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons
• Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus
• Strong interest in innovative tools and new technologies
• Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently
• Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus
• Professional proficiency in English
• Excellent written communication and teaching skills
• Ability to understand and respond to customer needs while providing excellent service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability in response to the tool’s rapid evolution
• Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with product developments
• Must have the right to work in France; visa sponsorship is not currently available
