• Own recruitment roles from intake to placement, ensuring strong candidate-client alignment
• Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates

• Maintain accurate and structured candidate data within the ATS
• Share insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
• Support smooth execution of recruitment processes and documentation

• 7+ years in recruitment
• Experience with remote and international hiring
• Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• High attention to detail and structured way of working
• Comfortable using ATS systems and recruitment tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Primarily aligned with Philippine working hours, with flexibility
