Strategic Account Manager – Respiratory

• Drive commercial development for AstraZeneca’s latest triple therapy for COPD and its coming indication
• Coordinate advanced, cross-functional collaborations with important regional stakeholders
• Identify business opportunities and gather and translate data and customer insights into strategic account plans
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies for prioritized accounts
• Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers, prescribers, and expert groups in specialized and primary care
• Execute omnichannel plans with internal and external teams
• Help patients access the latest treatments and integrate the AstraZeneca brand into local healthcare processes
• Lead change and collaboration projects
• Use Veeva and other digital tools for customer insight gathering, relationship building, and business decisions
• Work according to scientific and health-economic reasoning while complying with company values, standards, and regulations
• Travel regularly within the region, approximately 2–4 overnight stays per month

• Academic degree in health or life sciences (e.g. nurse, pharmacist, biomedical analyst or equivalent) or medical qualification with LIF authorization is required
• Several years of experience in sales or healthcare, preferably within pharmaceutical or Medtech industry
• Proven ability in business development and cross-functional team coordination
• Strong understanding of the Swedish healthcare system, including its structure and decision-making processes
• Skilled in digital tools and data analytics, including Veeva and remote e-detailing
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external healthcare stakeholders
• High-level communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
• Previous successful sales results and experience engaging with expert groups, specialist care, and primary care in Northern Sweden are advantageous
