Product Lead, Analytics, ML

• Own Predictions, Analytics, and A/B testing as three connected products
• Lead and prioritize work for a small ML team, including hiring decisions
• Define the prediction engine's forecasts, accuracy standards, and customer validation methods
• Diagnose and improve slow and imperfect dashboards with the team
• Decide how and where existing ML capabilities should be integrated into products, or whether to use them
• Build accurate revenue and LTV prediction capabilities for mobile subscription apps

• Hands-on experience with code or models sufficient to make technical decisions independently
• Strong mathematics and classical machine learning knowledge
• Ability to evaluate model choice, metrics, and prediction horizons
• Experience owning a product and demonstrating shipped outcomes and impact
• SQL proficiency
• Habit of independently checking numbers
