Infrastructure Analyst – Generalist

• Administer and monitor physical and virtual servers
• Manage Windows and Linux environments
• Administer storage, backup, and data recovery solutions
• Monitor and support network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and communication links
• Support access, user, and information security policy management
• Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure incidents and problems
• Implement improvements to ensure high availability, performance, and security across environments
• Support expansion, modernization, and digital transformation projects
• Document processes, procedures, and environment configurations
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
• Participate in defining and implementing information security and governance best practices
• Perform preventive and corrective monitoring routines for technology environments

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience administering Windows Server and Linux environments
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall technologies
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery
• Experience administering storage and monitoring environments
• Knowledge of information security concepts
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is a plus
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and management tools
