Partner Engagement Specialist

• Make data-driven supplier selection decisions based on quality, OTD, market/language strategy, capacity, content specialty, and client requirements.
• Lead supplier communication and onboarding for new client programs.
• Maintain supplier skilling for clients and Pantheon programs.
• Monitor supplier utilization and recommend adjustments to Program Squads.
• Support Talent Procurement with recruitment campaigns to identify and onboard suppliers.
• Measure supplier quality in alignment with Welocalize LQA strategy.
• Flag suppliers below defined performance thresholds.
• Initiate Quality Improvement Plans, root-cause analyses, and corrective/preventive actions as needed.
• Understand customer capacity requirements and ensure they are consistently met.
• Manage performance, capacity planning, resource utilization, OTD, and quality across languages and internal/external resources.
• Handle device assignment, shipment, return, reconciliation, security key issuance and revocation, and asset-register accuracy.
• Triage access and device incidents, maintain runbooks and SOPs, and enforce GDPR/CCPA privacy controls.
• Produce audit-ready evidence for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 and conduct background and location-eligibility checks.
• Track SLAs including time-to-provision, deprovisioning timeliness, and MTTR.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce cycle time and errors.

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, ideally in the translation or localization industry.
• Knowledge of the language services industry and its technology, processes, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
• Ability to understand and utilize data to make decisions of moderate complexity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to proactively assess and mitigate risk.
• Ability to work within a team or independently as needed.
• Ability to prioritize ongoing projects based on business needs and urgencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
• Minimum of a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong listening and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of Objective & Key Results (OKRs) and results orientation.
• Ability to proactively develop clear solutions to moderately complex problems.
