Delivery Manager

• Act as manager and critical driver of cross-functional squads' delivery work
• Partner with Product Managers and Technical Squad Leads
• Facilitate efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with strategic objectives
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
• Oversee the backlog and understand the work needed by the squad
• Manage ticket flow and ensure development tasks are defined, prioritized, and aligned with product goals
• Serve as primary liaison between Product Owners/Managers and the Development team
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively implemented
• Surface and report risks early and often, ensuring status is understood by all stakeholders
• Identify delivery risks and impediments and develop mitigation strategies
• Analyze team performance metrics and implement process enhancements
• Coordinate resources with team leads, balance workloads, and ensure project timelines are met

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role in a technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• Hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies
• Proficiency in at least two agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex software development projects
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams, including engineering, product, and design
• Familiarity with agile project management tools and software development lifecycle processes
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus but not required
• Must be located in and legally eligible to work in one of the listed locations
• Must agree to full-time employment through Deel, not a contractor agreement
