• Record natural, conversational Japanese voice content for language and AI technology projects
• Deliver clear, easy-to-follow speech with a consistent moderate pace and natural pauses
• Convey friendly, empathetic, patient, intelligent, confident, engaged, trustworthy, welcoming, and approachable tones
• Preserve natural pauses, disfluencies, and natural word emphasis rather than sounding polished or robotic
• Follow specified recording requirements for volume, file naming, format, segment gaps, and audio quality
• Provide demos and voiceover samples for evaluation
• Complete a test in Lilt’s module when required
• License voice for AI voice cloning/TTS training when agreed
• Meet fast-turnaround project schedules and tight delivery deadlines
• Complete onboarding, payment-account setup, and community enrollment after project selection

• Female voice talent with a mature-sounding voice, approximately 35–55 years old
• Native speaker of the target locale: Japanese
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming
• Access to a complete home recording/studio setup
• Headset, microphone, speakers, audio interface, digital audio workstation, plugins, and noise treatment
• Quiet, treated recording environment free from background noise, music, clicks, and muffling
• Ability to follow technical recording requirements, including volume level, file naming, format, segment gaps, and audio quality
• Ability to provide voice demos, sample recordings, or voiceover samples
• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and tight delivery deadlines
• Open to licensing voice for AI voice cloning/TTS training
• Ability to complete a project test when required
• Ability to submit an English-language resume/C.V.
• Voice-over samples must be submitted in WAV or MP3 format
• Must disclose licensing fees and any licensing-term stipulations when applicable
