Animator

• Produce fast, high-quality Spine animations for slot games developed from scratch
• Animate symbols, win animations, effects, characters, and other game elements based on concepts and assets created by the dedicated slot artist
• Work closely with a dedicated cross-functional team of artists, mathematicians, and developers
• Prepare and deliver high-quality animation assets and complete game packages to the development team
• Meet deadlines while maintaining consistently high animation quality
• Collaborate with developers to resolve animation and integration-related issues
• Create animated banners for marketing purposes and game trade shows
• Contribute to the full animation cycle, from early concepts and storyboards to polished in-game animations
• Work on characters, symbols, UI animations, special effects, and other core motion elements for games developed for the Florida market

• 2+ years of experience as a 2D Spine Animator within the iGaming industry, ideally working on slot games or casino content from concept to release
• Extensive knowledge of Spine and After Effects, including plugins
• Familiarity with graphic AI tools such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion
• Strong knowledge of animation principles and understanding of styles, effects, and trends in the gaming industry
• Ability to turn static concepts into polished, production-ready animations
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and collaborate effectively within a structured, producer-driven team
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Problem-solving and creativity skills; ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Art background and strong 2D drawing skills preferred as extra points
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop preferred as extra points
• Understanding of the slot game development pipeline and cross-team dependencies preferred as extra points
• Additional technical or creative skills relevant to game production preferred as extra points
