Public Sector Implementation Consultant

• Execute SoftExpert Suite implementation projects for public agencies and government entities.
• Conduct the assessment, analysis, and mapping of administrative and operational processes.
• Configure the platform in line with the business requirements identified within the project scope.
• Contribute to digital transformation, governance, and process improvement initiatives in public-sector management.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and follow-up activities related to implementation projects.
• Develop guidance and knowledge-transfer initiatives to support client adoption of the implemented solutions.

• Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with software, ERP, or management system implementation projects.
• Technical knowledge of databases (SQL).
• Knowledge of systems integration using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and automation (BPM).
• Knowledge of document and process management.
• Intermediate or advanced English and/or Spanish for communication and project contexts requiring these languages (a plus).
