Business Analyst, Capital Markets Front Office

• Work within the Front Office IT teams of a leading investment bank
• Contribute to the launch of new products
• Implement new pricing models
• Enhance existing models
• Define and document business requirements
• Plan and coordinate projects
• Draft functional specifications
• Oversee user acceptance testing and production deployment
• Lead change management initiatives and support users

• Master’s degree (engineering school, business school, or specialized Master’s degree)
• Strong knowledge of vanilla and exotic financial instruments (FX, IRD, credit derivatives, securitization, commodities, etc.)
• Proficiency in P&L, Greeks, and VaR calculation and monitoring processes
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in SQL and Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and adaptability skills
• Excellent team spirit
• Flexibility, creativity, and a proactive mindset
