Senior Developer – Siemens Opcenter, Camstar

• Design, develop, implement, deploy, and support Siemens Opcenter/Camstar applications
• Work as part of a global DevOps team responsible for 24/7 support and the continuous improvement of MES solutions
• Support more than 10 manufacturing sites in different locations
• Translate business requirements into functional workflows and processes within the MES environment
• Conduct technical feasibility analyses and validate solutions based on business needs
• Configure and customize solutions using Camstar Designer and Management Studio
• Manage integrations between ERP systems, industrial equipment, and manufacturing systems
• Ensure connectivity and integration between MES, PLC, SCADA, and industrial layers L1, L2, and L3
• Resolve incidents, provide user support, and optimize processes
• Collaborate with functional teams, system administrators, customers, and vendors
• Monitor system availability, stability, and performance
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members

• Strong experience with Siemens Opcenter/Camstar, including both technical and functional knowledge
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting MES solutions
• Proficiency in Camstar Designer, Management Studio, Opcenter Designer, Portal Studio, MIO, and Modeling
• Knowledge of Camstar Interoperability (CIO)/MOM, including integrations with ERP systems and industrial equipment
• Experience with message flows and system integration
• Knowledge of .NET, C#, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with SQL and Oracle databases
• Knowledge of XML
• Experience integrating ERP systems and industrial equipment
• Knowledge of OPC, IoT, PLC, and SCADA
• Experience with OT configurations and requirements gathering for global programs
• Advanced English proficiency for communication and collaboration with international teams
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries is preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial compliance requirements is preferred
• Knowledge of ISA-95 and MESA standards and frameworks is preferred
• Experience with Power BI, SSRS, SAP BI, and SQL-based reporting is preferred
• Knowledge of OPC, PLC, and SCADA system connectivity is preferred
• Familiarity with industrial hardware and networking fundamentals is preferred
• Experience working with multicultural teams and international projects is preferred
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and technical mentoring skills are preferred
