Senior Marketing Manager

• Own how Primefold presents itself in the market
• Translate the go-to-market strategy into brand and product positioning, messaging, and a communications concept for Primefold, XI, and RI
• Plan and manage campaigns, content, events, and PR
• Own brand and product positioning, including the differences between XI and RI and their customer value propositions
• Establish messaging, tone of voice, language conventions, and guidelines
• Plan the annual and quarterly marketing calendar, including campaigns, content, events, and launches
• Own campaign concepts, copy, and creative development, and shape the channel strategy with the Head of GTM
• Lead the content and social media strategy, industry events, speaking opportunities, webinars, PR, and media relations
• Own the website story and copy
• Lead and develop Marketing Managers and brief freelancers and agencies
• Write positioning documents, briefs, and initial drafts yourself
• Report on marketing performance and bring market feedback back into the company
• Build marketing processes as the company scales

• At least 7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or tech
• At least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead role
• Experience building B2B brand and product positioning
• Experience with integrated campaigns, content programs, and events
• Ability to write precise briefs and communicate quality standards clearly
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing junior marketers
• Excellent written and spoken English
• German language skills are a major plus but not required
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to turn strategy into action
• Data-driven approach and a natural willingness to use AI tools
• Based in Germany; Berlin preferred
• Advantageous: experience in the DACH market and knowledge of HubSpot and paid marketing platforms
