Solutions Architecture Lead

• Guide customers through the architecture, design, and delivery of complex technical projects from initial conversation through successful go-live
• Support prospects during the pre-sales stage
• Define solution architecture and migration strategies
• Own planning, estimation, and risk assessment for bidding and contracting
• Lead customer onboarding and migration
• Hand customers over smoothly to business-as-usual operations after project completion
• Lead planning and delivery for existing customers’ new integrations and complex initiatives
• Act as the senior strategic and technical voice for customers
• Translate complex requirements into clear, achievable plans
• Run workshops and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Travel and meet prospects and customers regularly

• Experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or client delivery role, ideally in e-mobility, B2B SaaS or infrastructure software
• Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, prioritising, communicating status, and delivering without dropping threads
• Comfortable running workshops and enablement sessions for varied technical and non-technical audiences
• Skilled at translating ambiguous client needs into concrete, actionable technical plans
• Fluent English plus German and/or French
• Availability to travel and meet prospects and customers on a regular basis
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations
• Confidence with network and connectivity troubleshooting, including firewalls, TLS certificates, and WebSocket connections
• Cloud infrastructure awareness and ability to understand how SaaS platforms are structured and where failures propagate
• Programming knowledge enabling code reading, use and contribution to internal tools, and effective AI-assisted scripting
