• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create, manage, and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue
• Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-in, and dispute resolution
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
• Develop relationships with new property owners seeking to outsource the management of their properties
• Optionally recruit City Managers through sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
