Accounting Associate

• Independently manage a portfolio of clients, including sole proprietors, agricultural businesses taxed under personal income tax or corporate income tax, craftspeople, and commercial companies
• Prepare VAT returns, annual financial statements, and tax packages
• Prepare balance sheets and present annual accounts to clients alongside the chartered accountant
• Perform ad hoc assignments, including dashboards, financial forecasts, performance indicators, and more
• Prepare personal income tax returns
• Use new digital tools to facilitate clients’ accounting monitoring and administrative organization
• Support and advise business owners
• Work closely with the branch Manager and chartered accountant

• Bachelor’s degree (three years of higher education) or Master’s degree (five years of higher education)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in a chartered accounting firm is preferred
• Experience with agricultural accounting and agricultural income tax would be an advantage
• Curious, organized, and methodical
• Strong interest in digital tools
