Financial Planner, Client Management – Online Facilitation

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 25–30 undergraduate online students
• Support students in academic writing, research, and time management
• Conduct 1:1 and small-group tutoring sessions
• Guide students toward relevant reference material
• Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback
• Manage discussion forums
• Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support for student queries and issues
• Interact promptly with students via email, calls, and online sessions

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India
• At least 5 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience in relevant fields
• Formal teaching experience at a university or college preferred
• Strong knowledge of the complete financial planning process
• Knowledge of client data analysis, statement of advice construction, and compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Proficiency in financial planning software
• Strong decision-making skills
• Clear communication skills for building and managing client relationships
• Empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality
• Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication
• Must possess a working laptop
• Access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection
• Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac
• Availability between 5 pm and 10 pm every day
