Systems and Integrations Analyst – E-commerce Logistics, WMS

• Scope technical requirements for sales channels, order flows, stock feeds, and despatch confirmations.
• Configure connections between Shopify, NetSuite, marketplaces, and the Mintsoft WMS.
• Execute and document end-to-end integration testing for orders, stock sync, despatch updates, tracking, and returns before go-live.
• Set up and maintain carrier connections for shipping labels, manifests, and tracking updates.
• Liaise with vendor technical teams to resolve API connection issues.
• Monitor system error queues daily and triage connection failures on the same working day.
• Provide second-line technical support for data queries from customer service, finance, and operations.
• Maintain the systems inventory and configuration runbooks for live integrations.
• Build technical onboarding policy packs covering checklists, testing criteria, credential security, and change control.
• Follow approved change-control procedures and least-privilege credential security standards.

• Minimum 3+ years of technical experience in systems integration, e-commerce operations, or technical support roles with hands-on setup experience.
• Direct hands-on experience configuring Shopify (store setup, apps, fulfillment connections) and ERP/OMS systems.
• Practical experience working with Warehouse Management Systems or Order Management Systems; Mintsoft experience is a major plus, with comparable WMS such as Linworks, Peoplevox, or ShipHero accepted.
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, CSV/flat-file data exchanges, and reading technical documentation to configure and troubleshoot connections.
• Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end integration test scenarios with documented proof prior to go-live.
• C1 Level or above in English, written and spoken.
• Dedicated full-shift availability across UK business hours.
• Preferred: Experience with NetSuite, major UK/European carrier integrations (DHL, Evri, Royal Mail, DPD), basic SQL query skills, and documentation platforms like Notion.
