GTM Engineer

• Build AI-driven systems that run the revenue motion end-to-end
• Embed AI into every stage of the revenue motion with accurate, on-brand guardrails
• Run personalized outbound and inbound pipeline-generation motions across markets and languages
• Own deliverability
• Automate research, call preparation, CRM updates, deal-risk detection, and Customer Success handoffs
• Detect expansion signals and churn risk and turn them into upsell and renewal plays with Customer Success
• Build enrichment pipelines using CRM, product usage, conversation, and intent data
• Track outcomes, test plays, stop ineffective plays, and scale successful plays
• Start with pipeline generation, then extend systems into deals, onboarding, expansion, and retention after approximately six months
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and regional leadership across four markets
• Report to the Head of RevOps

• Mid-Senior level experience
• Deep, hands-on experience using AI and LLMs to build GTM systems
• Strong systems thinking and ability to write clear decision rules and build guardrails
• Hands-on experience with Clay or similar enrichment and workflow-automation platforms
• API fluency
• Comfort with no-code, low-code, and light scripting
• Strong data literacy, including enrichment waterfalls and messy, multi-source data
• Proven B2B SaaS experience in pipeline generation and understanding of the full revenue lifecycle
• Fluent in English
• HubSpot and Gong or similar conversation intelligence experience is a bonus
• Multi-region, multi-language outbound experience is a bonus
• Experience building plays on product usage data or working closely with Customer Success is a bonus
• Background in RevOps, growth, or marketing operations is a bonus
• Passion for Digital Accessibility and WCAG is a bonus
