QA Engineer

• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality of Java-based systems
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing, ensuring that solutions meet technical and business requirements
• Collaborate with development teams to proactively identify and resolve quality issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to testing processes and results
• Participate in planning meetings and retrospectives, providing insights into software quality
• Monitor and report quality metrics, proposing continuous improvements to development and testing processes

• Strong knowledge of Java and practical experience in agile development environments
• Proven experience with test automation and testing tools
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop test cases
• Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Software testing certifications, such as ISTQB
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Experience working in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools
