Field Service Technician, Leipzig, Grimma, Döbeln, Bad Lausick

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators
• Providing service-oriented telephone and on-site advice to customers from heating companies
• Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory
• Participating in the on-call service rota to provide customers with support as quickly as possible
• Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions through the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heat pumps

• Completed relevant vocational training as an HVAC systems mechanic, refrigeration mechatronics technician, energy and building services electronics technician, electrician, or electrical installer
• Further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician preferred
• Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
• Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage
• Valid Category B driving licence
• Good written and spoken German
• Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer focus, and willingness to travel
