Partnerships Intern

• Serve as the point of contact between the company and its business partners, maintaining relationships and following up on requests
• Assist with managing and monitoring existing partnerships
• Support the prospecting and identification of potential new partners for WAE
• Conduct research and compile information on companies, institutions, and organizations that could join or expand the company’s partner ecosystem
• Organize partnership and opportunity information, contacts, histories, and statuses
• Support the preparation of presentations, materials, and documents related to partnerships
• Support relationship-building initiatives with organizations and representative entities in the education sector, including unions and other institutions

• Currently enrolled in a higher education program related to the area of activity
• Accepted fields of study: Commercial Management, Business Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Management Processes, or related fields
• Availability for a 30-hour-per-week internship
• Availability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Reside in São Paulo, SP, or the Greater São Paulo area
• Expected graduation from the first semester of 2028 onward
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model if the company transitions to this arrangement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn and develop
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborative environment
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and committed
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Strong writing skills and the ability to prepare and organize documents and information
• Familiarity with communication and customer service tools
• Basic knowledge of B2B relationship management and/or commercial prospecting is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, client or partner relationship management, or commercial activities is a plus
