Front-End Developer

• Participate in the entire project life cycle, from product development and release to maintenance
• Research, evaluate, and share existing and emerging technologies with the team
• Communicate with Product Managers, Designers, teammates, and co-working teams to write efficient code
• Generate ideas for new features and improvements to applications and processes
• Develop proof-of-concept applications when necessary
• Work closely with Back-End Developers to communicate with APIs
• Control error channels to maintain high product quality
• Write reusable, manageable, and scalable code
• Maintain and optimize the performance of new front-end features
• Conduct daily code reviews to maintain code quality and knowledge sharing
• Create and implement web-based products for marketing and customer engagement teams using modern technologies

• 4+ years of experience as a Front-end Developer
• Experience with modern tools and libraries such as NPM, Vite, Webpack, and Babel
• Experience with micro front-end architectures
• Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
• Comfort working in an AI-first development workflow with AI agents
• Ability to write effective prompts and provide agents with appropriate context
• Ability to critically review AI-generated code and own its quality, security, and maintainability
• Experience with Agile teams
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Vue.js
• Deep understanding of Vue.js, including Composition API and Options API
• Experience with Sass or other compiled CSS languages
• Experience with responsive web design
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
• Experience optimizing page performance
• Experience maintaining, scaling, and monitoring systems
• Familiarity with application performance and error-tracking tools such as Sentry, Datadog, and Site24x7
• Ability to write clean and semantic front-end code
• Experience with Unit, Visual, and E2E Testing
• Ability to work independently and proactively across multiple teams
• Willingness to develop and learn new technologies
• Knowledge and experience in TypeScript is a bonus
