Event, Webinar & Podcast Manager

• Manage the calendar and remote logistics for U.S. chiropractic conferences and trade shows
• Plan, produce, and moderate a recurring webinar series
• Own the podcast from guest booking to publication
• Run paid social campaigns that drive registrations and podcast growth
• Log, clean, and route every lead in the CRM within 48 hours
• Maintain non-negotiable data hygiene
• Use AI tools to automate content, lead processing, and reporting
• Build ClinicMind’s brand authority and generate qualified leads

• 5+ years managing B2B events or webinar programs
• Fluent, near-native English and comfort as an on-air host
• Experience marketing to U.S. audiences; chiropractic or healthcare a plus
• Hands-on paid social advertising with measurable results
• Podcast production experience (Riverside, Descript, or similar)
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Descript
• Quiet home studio with professional audio and video
• Backup internet and power
• Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours
• Resume and one example of an event, webinar, or podcast produced, with results

• Fully remote work
