Technical Support Intern – Oneflow

• Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email to accounting firms, business owners, and customers
• Answer questions and guide users in operating the system in accordance with current accounting standards and tax legislation
• Collaborate with Omie’s internal teams to clarify questions and provide customers with accurate guidance
• Take a consultative approach and deliver a personalized, human-centered experience to everyone

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Financial Management
• Available to complete a one- to two-year internship
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including clarity, empathy, and ease in working directly with the public
• Proactivity and initiative, with a drive to seek solutions and learn continuously
• Attention to detail and organizational skills, with accuracy in handling numbers, data, and deadlines
• Problem-solving orientation and an ethical approach to handling confidential information
