Senior DevOps Engineer

• Participate in DevOps scrums, planning sessions, team meetings, and delivery of team projects and roadmap
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, build and release automation, and deployment workflows
• Serve as primary DevOps contact during India business hours, triaging and resolving pipeline and workflow failures
• Collaborate with SRE and development teams across time zones, including handoffs to US-based teams
• Automate manual processes and improve build and deployment reliability, speed, and visibility
• Develop and maintain documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides
• Contribute to tooling, infrastructure as code, and configuration management for DevOps platforms
• Manage data center infrastructure using NetBox, Foreman, and Mellanox switches
• Improve codebase and platform security through software hardening and secure credential management

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, build and release engineering, or a similar role
• Strong experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent platforms
• Strong experience with public clouds such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting and automation
• Experience with Git, GitLab, Perforce, and Gerrit
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Packer
• Experience with StackStorm, Argo CD, or Flux CD
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong Linux fundamentals and issue-solving skills
• Understanding of production release cycles, pipeline testing, and software quality practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams and time zones
