Product Marketing Manager

• Develop positioning and messaging connecting Percona's Kubernetes software with Support and Services offerings
• Own go-to-market strategy and launch execution for releases, features, and service offerings
• Create and maintain GTM assets, including web pages, datasheets, case studies, white papers, and sales enablement materials
• Engage with the open-source community, partners, and customers to strengthen Percona's Kubernetes market presence and drive service adoption
• Build customer evidence through interviews, Jobs-to-be-Done research, case studies, testimonials, and other proof points
• Influence product strategy and roadmap using customer feedback, market insights, and competitive analysis
• Optimize marketing effectiveness through audience segmentation, campaign performance analysis, and data-driven recommendations
• Partner with Digital Marketing on content, SEO, PPC, email, social media, and demand generation channels
• Serve as the dedicated marketing lead and primary point of contact for the Cloud Native product line

• 2+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, or solution-focused roles
• Technical background or familiarity with database management or the Kubernetes software market is a plus
• Product Marketing Alliance, Pragmatic, or other PMM certification is a plus
• Solid understanding of customer buying journeys and decision-making processes
• Strong data analysis skills for segmentation and performance tracking for demand generation
• Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation abilities
• Proven experience aligning messaging and value propositions with customer and sales needs, including communication with prospects, partners, and industry analysts
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
