Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates
• Create, maintain, and update job postings across multiple sourcing platforms
• Source candidates through ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct candidate screenings and virtual interviews via Zoom
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the ATS
• Prepare, present, and negotiate employment offers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Support compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and recruitment best practices

• 3+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and similar platforms
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and hiring best practices
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Advanced English level (C1-C2 preferred)
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Microsoft Office, and Zoom
• Bachillerato / Educación Media
