Order Processing Specialist, French C1, English C1, part-time

• Read and review incoming emails in the order mailbox to ensure all requests are logged efficiently
• Handle inbound customer inquiries during evening/night shifts and provide timely, helpful solutions
• Review and validate order details to ensure data integrity and accurate record-keeping
• Flag missing, unclear, or problematic information across processed orders
• Compile and submit a comprehensive weekly issues report

• Excellent English and French communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
• Experience handling end-to-end order processing, reports, order entry, and fulfillment tracking
• Strong ability to maintain accurate data with high attention to detail
• Strong sense of accountability and time management to compile and deliver weekly reports strictly on deadline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
• Familiarity or past experience with Odoo is a plus

• Fixed schedule: Sunday, from 6PM to 9PM at GMT+2
